My husband (Tony) and I (Lorna), with our three young sons (Chris, Andrew and AJ), visited my parents in Brevard twice each year for quite a few years. In 1999, we (The Mazza Family) finally decided to relocate from North Wales, Pennsylvania to Brevard County, Florida. We chose to build our home in Baytree because it provided everything we needed for our family. As for me, the weather is perfect for my growing orchid collection! My family and I have enjoyed Baytree for nearly 10 years; we were one of the first residents of Chatsworth.
